PRIMARY CARE
Scheduled Hours
Available for Appointment(s): Tue & Thu 11 am - 9 pm, Friday 11 am - 7 pm,
Weekends 11 am - 5 pm
(extended hours and home visits made with prior arrangement)
In
addition to Urgent Care needs, if you have never had or currently do not have a
Primary Care Physician (PCP), we are also ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS to be
your
family doctor. We can provide family healthcare for patients of all ages,
but specialize in pre-adolescents and up. We have a
special niche for busy
professionals, who are unable to miss work for traditional medical
office hours, or for busy stay-at-home parents, who would
prefer not to drag the entire family out for a doctor's appointment. We
can care for you on your schedule with afternoon or evening appointments.
If you become too ill to care for as an outpatient, or require inpatient
surgery, our providers will also be making
hospital rounds on our patients at the four hospitals near our facility (Crittenton,
St. Joe's Oakland, POH, Troy Beaumont) and on rare occasion, within the Henry Ford and St. John
health systems. We primarily work with the Crittenton medical system.
We will make arrangements to see you or your loved one at an assisted-living
facility, foster care home, skilled nursing facility, or local other extended care facility with due notice.
We also have an entire dedicated staff for palliative care and hospice services.
If you or a loved one would like home care but no longer desire hospital
services or aggressive medical treatment, you may want to inquire about these
services. For added
convenience, a variety of specialists (Dentistry/Periodontology, Dermatology,
Ophthalmology/Optometry, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation,
Medical Imaging, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and coming soon, Pharmacy) are
available within the Crittenton Medical Plaza,
allowing the potential to be treated by a multi-faceted, complete healthcare
team, all at one location!

Our
goal is to provide you with the best healthcare available. We strive to
keep our patients happy, healthy, and spending a minimum of their time in
healthcare facilities, while maximizing cost-efficiency of our patients'
healthcare dollars. We utilize full
digital, high-tech diagnostics and electronic medical records for state-of-the-art
health
care, yet we maintain our traditional values and caring approach to each
patient, reminiscent of the small town family doctor of yesterday. |
